Title NEI Tooltip and Modpack Download Error (Revelation)

Details of the issue My friends and I are unable to download/install v1.5.0 and 1.6.0 but the main problem is the NEI extension that shows the block name and mod that you're currently looking at in first person stopped working. I think it's called WAILA but aren't sure.

We're running a dedicated server via CreeperHost.

Any obvious solutions to solve either issue would be appreciated.
