NEI Question

I am working on setting up a map for a video series I am working on. I want to be able to switch between Cheat Mode and Recipe Mode, so I can give myself the items I need to build the map elements and then when I am done I want to switch back to Survival to begin the series.

I can not seem to get this to work though. I have went into the .cfg file and changed the lockmode to -1 which is what I thought would allow me to switch back and forth but this does not seem to be working either.

Any ideas anyone?

If this is for 1.7.2 it's currently borked. It bugs me that it hasn't been fixed yet but CB is seemingly out of the game right now for a bit.
