Windows .exe NEI not showing search bar results

I think I somehow managed to accidentally hit a hotkey associated with NEI in the FTB Horizons modpack, because search results were displaying with keywords entered, and now they aren't displaying.

Can anyone tell me what hotkey I need to hit to reverse this behavior?

double click the tab at the top of your screen, then it should revert to standard.
I had the same issue, and i think that is how i fixed it
