NEI not loading items

I'm having issues in game of NEI not loading item recipes on the sidebar in any version of feed the beast. A copy of a section of the prompt will be provided.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have already tried deleting all FTB files on my computer and reinstalled all of it.

Does this crash the game or just keep the NEI from showing the items? Have you tried the obvious pressing 'o' to make sure NEI is showing at least the options button? Did you add any mods or get any 'unnamed' items from NEI? When you say any version of feed-the-beast what mod pack do you mean? Not all the mod packs include factorization or are the same minecraft version. Also could you please post the entire console log to pastebin.com It is easy to do just click on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. It will give you a link that you post here. Look here for more info on the logs.
