Details of the issue:

When i searched something in NEI, the items i needed showed up in NEI, but when i clear the search bar, the items just stayed there (all other items did not come back). I tried restarting the game, nothing happened. I have an empty search box with only a few items in it (easier way to say it).​

Either use the PrtSc key or press F2 in game. PrtSc will capture your whole screen, and you can paste it into an image editor of your choice. Or F2 will place the ingame screenshot in your *Instance Path Here*/screenshots folder.
