No, sorry, you'll have to use cheat mode for that.

Utility mode only has the trashcan and magnet.

in the config you can change what you can do in utility mod

#list the actions that are considered 'utilities' rather than cheats:Choose from time, creative, rain, item, heal, delete, magnet, enchant, potion

Nope, recipe mode is just....Recipe mode. In utility mod you can do the same thing as recipemode, but allows you to customize it.
