Summary of the problem NEI Mob spawn Overlay not working (F7)

What is the bug? There is a feature in Not Enough Items (NEI) that when you press F7 (by default), white tiles, yellow tiles and red tiles will appear on blocks, which indicates if mobs will naturally spawn on that block (and if there is enough light to prevent mob spawning).
When I am playing SkyFactory 3, this feature does not work. There is no grid overlay. Nothing got toggled.

Is it repeatable? Yes.
1. Press F7(by default)
2. No overlay.
Known Fix Checked online and maybe because of a core mod or a mod like Mo'creatures that changes the way mob spawns.
Either change the code in the mod or add an alternative mob-spawn-check-overlay mod (just like what you guys did to VeinMiner, replacing it with OreEvacuation).
