NEI machines?

Is there any way in NEI to see what certain machines are used for? Say I wanted to see all the things that could be made in a carpenter, any way to do that in NEI?

For a carpenter specifically, look up one of the recipes in NEI (e.g. check the recipe for a Crated Apatite), then click the black bar next to the icon of what is being crafted to see all carpenter recipes.

Lots of machines (like GregTech ones) let you click on the progress bar to view all the recipes (and you don't have to be viewing a recipe to do so, unlike the carpenter, just open the machine's GUI and click it).

Open the Carpenter GUI (this can be done by just doing it normally or opening NEI's recipe list for something involving the Carpenter.)

Hover your mouse over a certain spot (depends on the GUI, though it's usually, say, the arrow for smelting.) You'll know you're hovering in the right spot when a text box labeled "recipes" shows up next to your mouse.

Press "R." I think clicking it also works.

A neat feature here is that hovering your mouse over the arrow in a normal Furnace's GUI shows what you can smelt, and hovering your mouse over the little flamey-wamey thing between the smelter and the smeltee shows you what you can use as fuel.
