NEI Item Loading/ERROR?

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
when I join a world I get horrible lag. To where I cant move. The world barely loads and I'm just stuck. In the console I can see that NEI error flooding everything. So I was wondering if anyone knew how I could fix that? (Oh also I added Optifine_1.7.10_HD_C1 to the pack.) I could not upload the paste bin so I tried putting most the important lines in the paste.
I cant wait to try TolkienCraft so any help is appreciated.​
