NEI Issue (FTB Ultimate pack)

Im playing on a SSP world on FTB Ultimate through the launcher. Recently since last night my NEI has been showing 0/0 item pages and no items in the display, the GUI is still shown though. Here is the NEI error report:

Aswell with this issue, if i click to type anything into the search, the client will crash; with the following log.. (crash-2013-05-20_19.13.14-client.txt

Take a backup of your world (Tbh of the whole saves folder) [for your own sake] and delete NEI.dat

E: Can be found in Ultimate\minecraft\saves\NEI\local\"worldname"\
