Windows .exe NEI Crashing

I am on launcher version 1.0.6
Minecraft version 1.4.2
Java version 7 update 9
Clicking through the NEI recipes I would every once in a while crash and there where a few that would do it most of the time but there weren't any I ran across that would do it everytime.

There are still a few bugs with the mods. I'm fairly certain this one is known and being worked on

Ok thanks, I wasn't sure if it was a NEI bug or if it was with FTB.

They'll fix it sooner rather than later, as slowpoke and what not love to use NEI
