Hello again FTB Forums. I seem to be having issues with both NEI and Treecapitator. With NEI the buttons on the top left won't show up (like Magnet mode, day/night, etc) and for Treecapitator, it just won't work at all, I had even set it so that you don't need an item to cut the trees (just to test if it was the axe I was using). Why won't they work like they use to?

In NEI options click the Global button and untick the mark left of the Recipe/Cheat/Utility box. Now you should be able to enter the proper cheat and utility modes.
In the treecapitator config there is a list of ID's in which it works, can you please post that list so we can see if you got it configured correctly?
I didn't add Treecapitator, it came with the modpack. and I know it works because the leaves disappear when I remove all the logs... Here is my config http://pastebin.com/kdPUJWxW

can you turn this line into true please? Then check console when destroying a tree so we can see what Capitator has to say about it? Cause in your configs I cant see anything strange :/[DOUBLEPOST=1395946573][/DOUBLEPOST]In the extreme case nothing works you could simply delete the config and copy paste the custom information it has before to the new config generated after launching the game with no config

FTB packs use universal configs, so that is normal. they supply ready made configs for lots of mods not actually in the packs, just in case you want to add it yourself. Treecap is a popular one, so it's not surprising that the config is present.
