Needs help with optifine

I cant quite seem to add optifine to yogcraft
I have updated to the most recent forge for 1.4.7 i think its 534
I am using optifne 1.4.6 L B5
I enabled optifine through the client and added it to instmods and the forge mod folder with the minecraft folder
The log just says " [ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file OptiFine_1.4.6_L_B5.zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible"

im pretty lost now

You don't add Optifine to your mods folder. You add it to the JAR.

like using 7 zip to add the files from optine to the jar?

I have read that thread before posting my own... i followed all instructions therein....i updated forge i tried using several diff and older versions of optifine alongside the forge that came with the launcher none of that worked....I placed it in the instmods folder first and only there and tried it...nothing at all happened...only then did i start playing around putting it other places because alot of other people have said it needs to be in the mod directory as well (youtubers) i tried to do as much research and try as many solutions as possible before starting a thread

Try using this download for optifine and installing it into the jar mod folder.

Booker you brilliant bastard! There's no link for that version of optifine in the official thread. So when every other forum out there was talking about D5 i thought they meant the 1.4.5 D5 which obviously doesn't work. Thanks for that
