Need two mods (multiverse and grief prevention)

I currently run a straight FTB server (with the wanderlust modpack). Its currently private, but I am looking to open it up to the public, and am looking for something similar to two bukkit plugins I previously used:

I need to be able to create portals between CUSTOM worlds, that I uploaded to my server. I do NOT want mystcraft dimensions!!!!!!! Cant say this enough. I just need a simple plugin to create a portal between world1 and world2. I was told Enhanced portals 3 did this, but on their minecraftnet thread, they are saying they cant.

Secondly, I am looking for a SIMPLE grief prevention tool, again like the bukkit grief prevention plugin. Players claim a spot and can build, no body can mess with it, simple, light, easy and effecient. I was told to use "mytown" as a possibility, but that seems to be way more than what I am looking for.

With the recent bukkit hoopla, and cauldron (bukkitforge) being poofed, I am just looking for a solution to what seems to be re-curring questions from the FTB community... I just can believe no one has made mods for these yet!@ I see these same two questions constantly.

Multiworld. Commands are used to teleport you to the other worlds, which means you'll put command blocks to use if you wanted something similar to a portal (players interacting with an item rather than typing commands)

MyTown2, a rewrite of MyTown. Only difference is 2 is for 1.7.10.
Still in alpha, so bear that in mind.
Permissions are currently in-mod, but will use a permissions mod when one is up and running for 1.7.10, like ForgePerms.
This mod does WAY more than the inferior GriefPrevention. It does mod protection, specifically, such as nullifying IC2 nuke explosions and mining lasers.
