Hello all,
On my singleplayer world (running the DW20 pack) i have run into a little issue.
It seems like Buildcraft's "Builder" has been disabled due to bugs, which would have been nice to know before I constructed two giant houses I intended to move far away using said machine.

So i ask...

A: is there another "world edit" like mod that plays nice with forge/FTB that you may be aware of
and just for fun..
B: Do you think the builder will be fixed anytime soon? (pure speculation unless one of the mod dev's are on here and care to share)

I think i'm gonna have to build it all over again but if you have any suggestions i am all ears!
Thanks!

Traveling House mod.

BE WARNED!!!!!!! Backup your world BEFORE you use it. You can corrupt your player file (though if you copy your player file, over writing it with previous save of that would probably work fine.

Okay, place the storage block at one corner of the structure, the other block at the opposite corner of the cube you want to move.

It will delete everything in that cube and store the information in your player data. I searched for where it stored the information and all I found was my player data which was normally 2k, was 28k after I did this.

Next find where you want to relocate to and put down the block again and give it your blueprint. Bam, it reappears there.

If you're in creative, you don't lose the blueprint and can repeat the item over and over (you're in creative, so it's assumed you don't care if you're cheating items into the world).

I would recommend though that you be not in creative and relocate the structure. i don't know what effect it would have to have your player data file be large for a long time.

In short, it works. If you try to move too much you will crash your client. To fix, restore from backup or overwrite your player data in the world but you'll lose the information you stored in the blueprint. So, backup instead and try to keep what you move to small chunks.

I copied an iron farm (Testificates were moved, water was moved, torches, doors, everything was moved just fine). But if I tried to copy the lower and upper iron farm, CRASH. So don't exceed the 64x64 rule the mod says you can't go beyond. Unstable it is. :)

PS-It moves EVERYTHING, even contents of chests. But it doesn't play well with item frames at all.
