Okay, so I recently got myself a new computer, and got 16GB of RAM in it. I've been hosting FTB servers for myself and 2 of my friends for about 5-6 months now. In the Unleashed pack, we get some minor lag from time to time. At first, I thought it was due to me only allocating 2-3GB of RAM so I allocated a min of 5GB and a max of 7GB but we still get the lag.

Now I'm not dumb, obviously the only thing left to check was my internet connection. As of now, Speedtest.net gives me an upload rate of: 0.49 Megabits. Now I'll get this out of the way right now: I'm Canadian, the only 2 internet providers that actually work in my are are Bell Aliant and Rogers. We currently have the best Aliant connection we can get but there isn't a limit on it. We're looking into upgrading to the Ultimate package from Rogers, but the thing is: they have a limit of 250GB.

Now what I'd like to know is: How much upload does the FTB Unleashed take in general for a 3 person server using the Biomes O' Plenty world gen. and with no mods disabled? I'm worried because I'm constantly downloading MC/Skyrim/Fallout mods, playing online, watching youtube videos or streaming on Netflix and my dad is also downloading shows from Itunes and files from work regularly. So we think we might pass the 250GB limit. So I need to know the upload usage the server uses to make sure I don't end up in a situation where we haven't passed it in downloads but then because of my server we end up paying the extra fees.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You will blow that 250 gig limit out of the water. Even without the FTB Unleashed server, you will blow your data limit through the roof. The Rogers Ultimate package is not an upgrade if Aliant is giving you unlimited data usage.
