Need some Help Please.

My /spawn, /home, /tpa, /tpahere do not work for general players. I have the essential permissions within the groupmanager but for some reason they can not use them commands. It doesn't say nothing to them when they try and use one of the commands. If I try and TPA to a general player, It will say teleporting in x seconds, but nothing ever happens.

Here is my permissions:

Try the server admin section. If you don't need Essentials though, you could just use ServerTools.
