Just created a new random age (DW20 1.4.7), which constantly crashes the server. I've yet to have my character load into that age.

Can I delete that age folder and force a new regeneration? What would happen to my character?
Or would it be better to copy another age folder (that works), then write off that age once I get back to the overworld?

Your character won't be deleted as long as your player.dat file isn't deleted.

Just use an NBT editor and edit your player.dat file to switch the dimension that you're in. If it's not located under the player.dat file, then it's probably somewhere in the mystcraft age folder.

Peggle is right once you edit your player.dat then you can delete the world file out. To delete the world stop the server then delete the mystcraft age folder in your world. Should have a name like DIM_MYST13. Then also go to the data folder and delete the age file. It should have a name like agedata_13.dat.

Thanks, I took a gamble, copied across the contents of another age, worked perfectly, apart from me almost hitting the ground too hard.

Interestingly, the "corrupt" age had 51 region files, most of which were only 8kb in size. Something definitely went wrong somewhere on that age creation.
