Need help with sorting

Hi, first off I'm new here so hi.

So I have a pretty decent sorting system going on, with tools (such as animal nets and axes and whatnot) in a chest, and everything else is in those 2x2 bins sorted out by whatever they are, what group yadda yadda.. The only thing is I want to have all my books in one place where I can easily access them, but I don't really want them inn a chest because, let's face it, chests look bad. Is there anywhere I can store my books (ya know, the cookbooks and all those books you start with) that looks decently good?

Also, what are the builder's wand and the tin nugget that you start out with used for?

Firstly, what pack are you playing? Some packs have more options than others.

If you want your books to be on display, you could use:

Tinker's Construct item racks (and drying racks for that matter)
Cooking for Blockheads spice rack will hold things other than spices
Good old vanilla item frames.

As for the wand and nugget? That must be pack specific as most packs don't start you with that

Chances are pretty good you have Bibliocraft, which has a bookshelf that lets you place the books on it and shows them as an item on the shelf. There's also a mod by that same name that adds just that item. It's a little less functional than the bibliocraft one but doesn't add anything else if you want to just stick it in the pack.

There should also be a useful thing called the Akashic Tome, which is basically a way to store and refer to all of your various books in one single item.
