Have you tried to let the server generate a new world and make sure that works before moving your SSP world over? I'm also wondering if you need to give the server some more time before you try to login. At 18:20:24 in your server log is when it would load the world. This includes every dimension as well. Then once all dimensions are loaded you will something in the log indicating it is unloading the dimensions that aren't chunkloaded (like the end, nether, moon, etc.). After the dimensions are unloaded is when the server is truly ready for someone to log in. In your case I didn't see that happen and I know there are a lot of dimensions to load and check in your pack. You can see them unload during after the shutdown was started. Again, I'm getting the impression this is a bottleneck issue someplace but I'm not sure where.
PM if you are interested, but I have server hosted out of OVH.com in Canada and I wouldn't mind putting you pack up on it for testing purposes. Might help eliminate if it is a client or server issue as well.
