NEED HELP WITH FTB INSTALL FOLDER!

i changed the Install Folder saying on the Options tab, now i cant load my game and i dont know what it previously said so i can get my worlds back anybody want to copy and paste what the install folder is supposed to be. Here is what i did, i tried to load a backup cause something disappeared in my chest and i was just wanting to load the backup so i tried and i went to the "Options" tab and deleted what was in the "install folder" without thinking, now i dont know what it said, but whatever it did say was default i have never changed it before, i was playing FTB Infinity and if anyone has what it says and would like to copy and paste it to me that would be great

I installed mine on my desktop to, but now i dont know how to get back to all my saves, and if I have to start over im just not gonna play anymore lol, i used to have a few worlds, now i go into Singleplayer and i have none

also when I go into the "..." tab it says "look in" but I go in my desktop tab and it doesnt show FTB launcher even tho its there i just wanted to load a backup and now i cant even freakin play, what the hell...

well i also have a problem on my computer that i dont know how to fix that all my start menu items are hidden, so i dont know what my FTB install folder contents are
