need help with config file

I have a config file for a pack I want to put together but it takes me over 30 min to load up the pack is there anyone out there that can help me speed up the process please I would like to get this pack on FTB at some point but I know it still needs some work done

well, if you've a large pack and a bad computer/laptop that can drastically increase the loading time...
but with the information you've given us there's not much we can help you with.
we'll need more information like your computer specifications, what mods are on the modlist, what launcher you're using... things like that

my computer is a custom cheap build I know but here goes. Amd Athlon X2 5000+ Dual core processor, 5Gb ram 4.5 of which I dedicate to the ftb launcher an Amd radeon HD 5450 2Gb graphics card. I know there is a lot of mods like 197 installed they are all 1.6.4 ready and I just want to try to speed up the loading times if I can here is a list of the mods

these are the mods hope it helps oh by the way im using the FTB launcher with 1 of the packs (INFAMY)with the mods in that pack removed for testing the pack.

Large packs aren't the best, run with 70 or so. Cause massive amounts of mods, like you said, take lots of time to load, are easyer to have OreDictionary conflicts and even ID conflicts.
My custom modpack run normaly with 90 mods, most of them add only one or two blocks, and my computer only need 758MB of RAM to work.

You can always use idfix on the first time loading. Or, even better, use the universal configs the FTB team has so kindly provided the community with. :) And as for loading time, I think increasing memory dedicated and Permgen size will decrease loading time. Best option however would be decreasing the size of that mod list. I understand taking out mods sucks. I know the feeling. But sometimes it just has to be done.
