Need help with AbyssalCraft Rituals

It's the Beneath Portal Creation. I have about 2000 PE required amount is 1000 all the items I have are correct and in the right place. I am shift right clicking the middle with the Necronomicon which holds the energy.

Not sure if I've layed the alter out wrong or something but I would love some help.
