need help setting up plugin ona private mind crack server

okay title says it all i had been playing on a mind crack server known as fidly craft then some freind wanted to join me and so i was going to make my own private around my friends server
but i need to know what i need to do tomake i simlair to the fidly craft version pluginsand suchim new to server runing for feed the beast but i understand file editing so please do instruct me on how to or if you can help me with this?
the type of plugionsim looking to do is
world gaurd
lockette
and anti greifing plugins(doesntknow the nameof this plugin)
and essentails
please note i had been googling all day i must be googling the wrong thing so please almighty forum friends do help me ^^
and if you do please link to anythin you instruct me with ^^

The main problem is, most plugins have updated along with vanilla minecraft. And FTB has not. The reason that this would be a problem is cause the new plugins would not work with the older version of minecraft/FTB. If you can find the older versions great.
But If I remember correctly, they changed how plugins worked in 1.5.1 or so. I don't know where to look.
