Need Help Please

OK so earlier today my feed the beast started to lag out , i would get about a minute of my usual 120 fps then it would crash to 0fps , I just got really into this modpack and was having alot of fun so if anybody has experieced this before or know how to fix it please help

i run windows 8.1 with 16G ram

I fixed it, i think my world was corrupt so i mc edited my ftb world onto the original world that i have for vanilla minecraft then deleted then redownloaded ftb and pasted the world that i mc edited into my direwolf and it worked but thanks! so in all i think my ftb world was just corrupt
