Hello everyone my name is Steven, I go by Ghost. I was in the middle of a city build when my friend decided to stop playing. Well I am trying to pickup the pieces and finish this awesome city but i cant go it alone. i am not sure if anyone is interested in this but if you are just let me know?Some information about the map

running power/water/sewage, only in certain parts of the city.
