I really recommend making an HTGR to start. That way you can focus on getting the turbines and *massive* water production down before moving to more daring designs.

What is that? I mean what does HTGR stand for?

You use a set of pebble-bed cores around a CO2 exchanger. That gets piped to a normal exchanger surrounded by boilers. Those go to turbines.

Edit: High Temperature Gas Reactor = HTGR

There are...rules?
Reika's philosophy is simulation-first, performance...sometimes.

Steam turbines are the first evidence; there's no programmatic reason you can't achieve the same end without letting people halt a server because their condensers fill up (or, more usually, don't exist at all)

Proper game design demands that you make an effort not to give players crash-keys. Stepping outside of these fundamentals isn't radical or clever, it's just not a good idea.

These are also just fun :) be sure to condense your steam tho @idjmleader
Really? I'd just been using the deletion trick with the block at the end of the turbines and boxing the turbines in in case of stray steam...

Sorry, I forget about that all the time (I do it myself)

Unless you're using ammonia, yeah, delete the darn blocks :) Even better.
