Need Advice on Upgrades for PC so I can Actually Play Above 5 FPS at Lowest Settings

^My PC I'm trying to upgrade.

1. Do I need to buy another RAM card?

2. I tried googling this and failed. Basically I need a new half-height, graphics card whose power usage cannot push total power usage over 220V. Any recommendation? Prefer ably something less that $50.

3. Is there anything else I should probably get? Please only post if it's absolutely needed. I'm on a tight budget. (Don't say a new PC)

-PS: I play automata and other HQM-based packs. Please post any other tips that will improve FPS.

A new GPU will definitely help(sorry I'm so late.) This GPU SHOULD work. It does not need external power connectors and just sips power. You don't really need more RAM(although it definitely wouldn't hurt). You could probably also upgrade your CPU(but you don't really need to. You should already get more FPS then a meager 5.)

Dude Your pc what i think is More than Bad i mean i play modded MC with 2 GHz and 4 RAM Dont know the gpu

3GHz + 4 GB RAM + integrated video, I dont see which motherboard is used so its "7/10". if motherboard can hold external video card then its 8/10.
todo list:
1. external video (if motherboard can hold it) with 1-2 GB video memory - any chip will help.
2. upgrade ram up to 8GB and give internal video more memory. up to 2 GB.
3. How old installed windows? if it's more than 1 year fresh then I say reinstall it.

ahh...
Ur power suplly unit is about 200-300-350 WATTS but not VOLTS. and if U dont change anything power unit will hold any low/mid price video card.
