Natura doesn't add nether hives of any kind. BoP does if you mean the ones with wasps, in which case no, I do not believe you can.

While there is a thread here, can those be used for anything? I found one and NEI doesnt give me any real recipes to use them in besides blocks from the hive itself.

The honey can be used to make Ambrosia, if you use a jar to pick it up.
