MyTown mod keeps crashing the server

As the title states, everytime I start the server the "MyTown" mod, crashes the entire server and I'm not sure how to fix it. I'm using the MindCrack pack.

OS: CentOS 6 (64 bit)
Java 7
3GB RAM
4 CPU Cores
VPS Server using XenPV
