Mytown issue on FTB unleashed server

Normally I would figure stuff out on my own and I hope that someone can help me here. I have installed http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1889473-legobear154s-mods-mytown-aperf-and-forgeperms/
I followed everything to the T I believe. When I go into my game though, I have already given myself OP. When I type in chat the new commands it simply says "[INFO] You do not have permission to use this command." even in my server command line it is telling me this.

Tried all this stuff but I don't think mcpc+ is loading nor are any of my bukkit pluggins...

seems to be working with the link above's permissions, not sure why they don't include that information in the install information...

I changed the log but it still says Im guest... I just don't understand these permissions....
