Mythcraft bug

Hello. I was playing on my server, when my computer just turn off. i then open my server up again to play, but find out that i cant go to my Mythcraft world. This is what the console says

Do you know the ID of the MystCraft age you were creating? You'll have to delete that age. The data was damaged by your power cut.

Nope. It's completely irretreivable unless you have backups, which I doubt you do (I really recommend you back up your Minecraft worlds often. A quick Google search should take you to some automated tools to do that).
