Title SF3: Mystical Agriculture not working

Details of the issue Mystical Agriculture stopped letting me create anything other than the basic seeds. It does not crash or lag, it even shows the recipe in the JEI. But when I put the items in the basic craft table to create the seeds (for dirt, stone) or anything else, it does not show up in the crafting table.
I have had success doing so until two weeks ago. I have created 5 games and reloaded the modpack since then. I do not know how to get a log file.
The launcher I am using is Tekkit.
