You can use an Enderchest (not the vanilla one, but the modded one) or you can have the items dropped into a Mystcraft portal using Buildcraft pipes and then pick them up on the other side with an obsidian pipe.

Or you can use Railcraft, which would even allow you to transport liquids through dimensions...

Generally either enderchests (easy, efficient setup that can carry a lot of stuff quickly), or railcraft+myst portal (complex, inefficient setup with a small loads lot of time lost on each end.)

Oh, and liquids can go through an enderchest fine (tank->deployer+bucket->enderchest).

SSP- You can also install teleport pipes for buildcraft.


and just dropping loose items through a myst portal works fine too.

The modded enderchest has 3 colored things on the top of it which can be recolored. The vanilla enderchest does not have those. By default the enderchest mod disables the vanilla one.
