I made a mystcraft world and it has black ink lakes. Is there a way to bottle this into ink vials? I tried with a bottle and it just turns into water.
 
I think you can pump it directly into the writing desk, but the last time I tried, I still had to bottle it to put it in the ink mixer. You should be able to bottle it with a fluid transposer.

If its the right Ink, then pump it up and into a Fluid Transposer, then fill it into bottle from there and put it into your desk/inkmixer.
