Mystcraft Troubles

I'm running the DW20 pack on my server using the most up to date version, Any way any time I create a flat age the level is either above Y level 128 or at y level 6 both next to useless (I get a message stating I cannot build above Y 128 on the big one and the one at y level 6 has like 3 blocks tops to bedrock.

Any suggestions?

are you putting just flat or are you putting a biome with the flat?

so example plains and flat?

Hmm have no idea then normally when i forget a biome it messes the height up for me
