Okay, I made a template notebook that I always use, sometimes it can mess up somehow not sure, but it was never unstable. Always stable, and it's a very simple world.

General Descirption:
  • White Clouds, White Sky & White Fog
  • Always Daytime, No Weather
  • No Stars, Moon or Sun can be seen
  • Single Plains Biome (Standard Terrain)
  • Star Fissure (just in case)
  • Everything's Normal
Once it gave me green clouds and a blue sky, which was wrong, but still no bad instability, I explored the world and found nothing bad. I think this is a simple perfect mining world or similar, and once I got oak wood tendrils, which is nice.

It's a very simple age, if anyone wants it. Try this combination a few times

LINK Panel, PLAINS Biome, SINGLE Biome, WATER Block, STANDARD Terrain, DARK Moon, BRIGHT Lighting, NO Weather, STAR FISSURE, WHITE, NORMAL Stars, ZERO Length, ZENITH, NORMAL Sun, WHITE, CLOUD Color, WHITE, FOG Color, WHITE, SKY Color.

I wanted to share this because I used to be a troubled one trying to get a perfect age by asking in different forum sections of feed the beast forums. Now that I found something very simple and nice, and STABLE! I wanted to share it with everyone else! :)

Thank You,
Captain

I've put a lot of butt-time into MystCraft and are far from reliably creating custom stable ages. Many thanks for this example, xtremecaptain !

Now that I have finally found Zero Length and Zenith these pages form the basis for most of my worlds:
NO Weather, ZERO Length, ZENITH, NORMAL Sun, NORMAL Lighting

It makes the surface safe leaving the underground still interesting (read potentially dangerous) to explore.

While zero length zenith is kinda cool, I prefer to make 3 suns spaced evenly: Zenith Zenith Setting Fast Normal Sun, Rising Rising Rising Fast Normal Sun, and Nadir Nadir Setting Fast Normal Sun.

I think that's how I did it. You can use Directional pages to confine them into the same orbital plane, but it's cool either way.
