If I create a new age in myscraft, will the age include the world gen from mods? Such as tin, copper, oil, beehives, etc?

Further, lets say I install ars magicka on my existing minecraft world. Obviously my overworld will not have the Ars Magicka worldgen, but will I be able to create a myscraft age to experience its worldgen?

Yes, unless you add symbols that say otherwise, I believe.

The mod has to utilize the MystCraft API to be "symbol aware", I think. You may need to research this on the MystCraft website to verify, or ask in their forums to be sure.

Thanks Guswut. I want to, maybe, install Ars Magicka on my existing SMP server, but obviously nobody could experience the worldgen in the overworld (unless they travelled very far) or if Mystcraft ages provided it.

If you create a standard world (no terrain modifiers) then you should be fine. I'm not quite sure how Ars Magicka interfaces with Mystcraft
