Mystcraft Oil World

I have tried several worlds, the first one had red decay in it, and the next two had no oil in whatsoever. Could someone give me a complete list of pages to put in, to make a stable oil ocean world please?

Not possible unfortunately. Even with all the right pages, chances are you'll get a world nothing like the one you were trying to create. Its for this reason I don't even bother with mystcraft anymore.
