Mystcraft - Nausea Issue

Hello, I have updated to the Beta pack V3 and every single Mystcraft age I enter, I get the Nausea effect. This does not go away and starts to hurt my eyes and gets so bad that I have to exist the game..

Is this a bug or a stupid Idea they have added?
 
its part of the instability mechanic use creative mode to cheat your self a notebook and build your self a stable world in a writing desk
 
create stable worlds

Just crafting a book and jumping in the world with no preset will make it unstable !
 
Ahh, I know why - when ever I go into creative mode and scroll down it crashes for me and loads of other people, it done it in this version and last lot.
 
Sorry for the grave post, but I thought since I found this I would stop in and say for anyone that was looking for what I was.

Theres a Notebook with no description, then there is the notebook with the description "creative spawned" you should see it in too many items. That's the one you need.
