Mystcraft following book

I am looking to try to make a following book in mystcraft. If there is a legit way to get one, then hooray, but I am content with cheating the necessary components if I have to. I have been told that I can get the page for it through villager trading, and that the page should just be there in creative, but I have had no luck so far. It also does not appear as an option for the link modifier.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what I could do?

(For reference: I am using the Direwolf20 pack, version 1.6.1. This contains mystcraft version 12.0.00)

I don't believe you can make one anymore. The mod is based on the Myst game. In the original set of games linking books always had to be left behind when used. So the following books is something that should not have existed.
