my single player is saying this

Title my single player is saying this

Modpack version 1.7.10

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue its saying https://gyazo.com/371f691b82c3a3e9b9e6e7e0369ed62e and it says yes and no but when i click yes it just loads this up again
