My Server keeps stopping and turned vanilla!!

Title My Server keeps stopping and turned vanilla!!

Launcher Type FTB Launcher

Modpack SkyFactory 3

Modpack version 3.0.15

Have you modified the pack? Yes

Link to log file I have only added 1 mod and it was vein miner

Details of the issue when i start up the server it goes through the whole process and just stops and i cant find out why and on my server list it says out of date vanilla server.
