My server continues too crash...

I am running a cubedhost server and I set it up myself. The crash happens every couple of hours and the server returns the attached error. Any help would be appreciated.

What are your server specs?

FYI, the error is Minecraft running out of memory and crashing, seems like fire is the cause.

Edit on phone, so best I can say ATM.

Yeah thats what i thought when i looked over it but i can't thing of a reason for there to be fire. Any thoughts? Also the specs are 1 gig for 16 people. But there are never more than 6 on at a time
