My refinerys aren't running.

For some reason my refinerys aren't running. I have an Electrical Engine attatched with 14mj/t on the other end of the tesseract.

Don't refineries need more energy to begin? On another note, what texture pack are you using for your thermal expansion?

According to the wiki its listed as needing 25mj/t, not sure how it works with several refineries on the same run.

It tries to distribute the power in ratio of those that are requesting more.
in this case, evenly.. so if each one requires 25mj/t. and then it's got 14mj/t and trying to spread it out.. won't work at all.

EDIT: Make that 10 mj/t, because it's being run through a tesseract
