There was a server reset on the server that I'm on, and we were allowed to take things to the new world. I took my Iron Tank because it's a lot of iron. Before the reset, it was working fine. Now, I've set it up and it didnt work, so someone on the server suggested that it might not be the minimum size. I made it 1 block taller and it still wouldn't work. I also filled the inside with dirt and removed the dirt in case some block other than air was inside the tank. Still nothing. It's a 5x5x6 iron tank (unless I'm measuring incorrectly, then it's a 3x3x4). Also, this is on the Unleashed pack (1.1.2). The only change made to the server before and after the reset was enabling Biomes o' Plenty. The tank is in a floating island in a Highland biome nearby a Gardens biome, if that means anything.

Mods took a snapshot of a chest with whatever we'd like to take over and they spawned in whatever was in the snapshot. Sorry I didn't clarify. I noticed that some of the blocks don't stack after I break them even though they have the same ID.

Your suffering from mismatched meta data of the tank but it's should work. Mind you it's have to be the min of 4 blocks high and a valve anywhere on the tank but the frame. You can make them 3,5,7,8, and 9 width and length. So the smallest variant is 3x3x4 and the biggest is 9x9x8. That's why RC tanks stinks! A mod I just added to my server have tanks that have no size or shape restrictions! Also input and output doesn't matter on them either. Only thing they're only as good as Iron tank counterparts but hey they're cheap!

Are you talking about Xycraft tanks? Anyways, would picking up all the blocks and replacing them fix it?

Nope those tanks require stupid valves to work. These things can be shaped and sized to liking and needs. Xycraft tanks only holds what the inside is. Input and extract on any tank block too!

I took down the entire thing and replaced it and it still isn't working. And the 'different stacks' thing with the blocks doesn't happen anymore.

Maybe just making them a different color? It may get the data to sync with the servers as if you're crafting totally new items. Try it out and see if it works.

Or go steel tanks! Smelt the existing tank blocks in a Blast Furance then make the nuggets into ingots then roll them out. Use the plates to make the same amount of steel tanks. But don't forget to make a recipe's worth of valves.
