Check that you have done that and not disabled your antivirus program. If you have then check for some other software that could be preventing you from downloading.

I don't know how to get it, but I don't think that i have.

Find "Curse" in programfile folder in you C:\ . Right click it, press properties and check OFF the "Read-only". That's how you gain write access to it.

EDIT:
Though this is probably not the issue here.

Try reinstalling minecraft trough Curse. If that does not help, reinstall Curse then Minecraft, if that also fails, msg me and Ill guide you through the registration prosess of Curse.
Last option will take some time, so make sure you do the installation correctly and recommended.
