Title my inventory goes back in time

Details of the issue i put on cheats on my world and when i go in the world the cheats wont work but then if i save and quit and come back later my whole inventory goes back to what it was like on a previos save and quit and my name changes to my old one (i changed my minecraft name) whenever i do commands but the world is the exact same as how i left it its only my inventory that changes this happens in every world i make
