That's not possible... You can't get the aspects required to research the TC stuff.
Get the Backpack mod (its a mod that only does backpacks).
Now you are not allowed a premiate base. You must cary everything on you no chest only back packs. You can make camps to do stuff like process ore ect. But you can stay at these longer then 1 or 2 MC days and you cant have any storage in them. All storage is form your back packs.[DOUBLEPOST=1375312524][/DOUBLEPOST]
You can get all the aspects in vary vanilla ways. You will just need to farm stuff, go hunting for stuff like wisps, and consume a desert to make sandstone.
But it can be done. I've done something vary close with only thing outside of vanilla being a TE extruder/pulverizer for sand.

I think it might be full since it's only 10 slots but another just opened and with forge IRC its like your playing with everyone else.

Just made a witch farm? Obviously you need to keep 8142 Redstone in storage at all times.
Cow farm? You just became a steak addict.
However, the catch with these, is unless some of the overproduced resource is used, it must stay at EXACTLY the level that you allotted it. Not even one item above, so you must engineer your automated systems to give you exactly what you use below the buffer.

Everything you do has to be from turtles (if possible), mining? Turtle. Building a house? Turtles, placing blocks? Turtles! . (he is on the DW20 pack xD)
