My game laggs, but only when moving my cursor left and right

Details of the issue So the game runs perfectly smooth when I just run around and look ahead straight but as soon as I turn my character to a side by moving my mouse cursor to any side I get incredible lag. I am not sure what is causing this and it seems weird to get such "conditional" lag, any clues?

Question: Is it only you that have these lags? (as you're on a server)

If yes, have you checked in a single player world and see if they're still present?

And last, can you update your java to the latest version, restart your computer and provide a new log if the issue still is present.
(also remove the extra added java argument)
